Welcome to Treonix ("Platform," "we," "us," "our," or "Creator"). By accessing, browsing, and using the Treonix website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Disclaimer: Treonix is operated by an independent creator/developer for non-commercial community purposes. This platform is provided as-is for project discovery and collaboration. Treonix is not a registered business entity and is operated for personal and educational purposes.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. Your continued use of Treonix following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

You may not transfer, assign, or delegate your account or rights under this agreement to any third party without our prior written consent.

When using Treonix, you agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, or trademarks
• Is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or harassing to other users
• Introduces viruses, malware, spyware, or other malicious code or harmful systems
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts
• Disrupts the normal operation or functionality of our Services
• Engages in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities or schemes
• Harvests, collects, or attempts to collect personal data from other users without permission
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation
• Violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and potential legal action. We may also report violations to relevant authorities.

All content, features, and functionality of Treonix, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Treonix, our licensors, or our partners and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Platform License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Treonix solely for your personal use and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable licenses or agreements.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any content or features of Treonix without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

"User Content" includes project descriptions, reviews, comments, ratings, feedback, and any other content you submit, display, or publish on Treonix.

Ownership and Grant of Rights: You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by uploading or submitting User Content to Treonix, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to:

• Use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content
• Modify and create derivative works based on your User Content
• Sublicense these rights to our users and service providers to enable the functionality of our platform
• Incorporate your User Content into marketing, promotional, and research activities

Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reject User Content that violates these Terms, is illegal, or is otherwise objectionable, without liability to you.

Treonix integrates with GitHub to allow you to showcase your repositories and projects. When you authorize GitHub integration:

• You authorize us to access and display information from your GitHub profile and repositories
• You grant us permission to display your GitHub data on Treonix
• We will comply with GitHub's Terms of Service and API guidelines
• You remain responsible for all information displayed from your GitHub account

You can revoke GitHub permissions at any time through your account settings. Upon revocation, we will no longer display or update your GitHub data, though previously cached information may remain until manually removed.

GitHub is a third-party service beyond our control. We are not responsible for GitHub's availability, changes to their APIs, or modifications to their policies or terms.

Payment Processing Disclaimer: All payments on Treonix are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Razorpay handles all payment processing, PCI compliance, and security. Treonix does not store, process, or access your payment card details. Your payment information is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Available Services: Currently, Treonix offers free access to most features. Premium or paid features (if offered in the future) will be clearly marked. All pricing is displayed before you complete any payment.

Payment Authorization: By entering your payment information, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for the services specified. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that you have funds or credit available.

Subscription Terms: If you purchase a subscription or paid service, you authorize recurring charges as specified. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid charges.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed at the creator's discretion and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account due to payment processor processing times. Razorpay's refund policies also apply.

Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, GST, or other governmental charges related to your payments. Invoices will be provided for your records.

Price Modifications: Treonix reserves the right to modify pricing with notice. Changes apply to new subscriptions; active subscriptions maintain current pricing until renewal.

AS-IS BASIS: Treonix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

NO WARRANTIES: We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT: We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, projects, or services linked from or displayed on Treonix. Your access to and use of external resources is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on Treonix, including project descriptions, ratings, or user reviews.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: Any information, tools, or resources provided through Treonix are for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific situations.

AS PROVIDED BASIS: Treonix and all content are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Treonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Claimed damages resulting from user content
• Any damages from third-party services (GitHub, Razorpay, etc.)
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Maximum Liability: In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount you have paid for services in the last 12 months, or if no payment was made, then Treonix has no liability.

Independent Creator Status: Treonix is maintained by an independent creator. This is a community platform provided for educational and non-commercial purposes. The creator makes no commercial warranties or guarantees.

Termination by You: You may terminate your Treonix account at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the option to delete your account. Upon termination, your access to Treonix will immediately cease.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have:

• Violated these Terms or any applicable laws
• Engaged in fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Harassed, threatened, or abused other users or our staff members
• Disrupted the operation of our Services
• Created excessive support tickets or repeatedly violated our policies

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be deactivated. We may retain certain information as required by law or for business purposes. You will remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges.

Survival: Sections regarding Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and any other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect after account termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be accompanied by 30 days' written notice to registered users via email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform.

Your continued use of Treonix after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of our Services and may request account deletion.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and maintain a version history of significant changes. Your use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
